Please arrive promptly to your scheduled appointment time. If it is your first appointment, you will need to fill out intake paperwork prior to your appointment.

Unfortunately, we cannot have kids or other guests in the salon, please arrive to your appointment alone.

Please cancel 48 hrs before appointment.

If you need to reschedule within the 48 hour window, there will be a $20 rescheduling fee. If you fail to reschedule before your original appointment time, you will be considered a cancellation and will result in a 50% charge of your initial service fee.

If appointment is canceled after 48 hrs you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of service.

If appointment is rescheduled within the 48 hour window and then cancelled, appointment will be charged the 50% cancellation fee.

No-Showing your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the initial service fee.
